Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you ask for a demo we collect your name, your firm, your mobile, your email and, if you tell us, where your leads come from. We use them only to contact you about the demo you asked for. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you made.

Where it goes

Your request is stored on our own server (hosted by Hetzner) and emailed to our Google Workspace inbox so we can reply. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Demo calls

If you try "Talk to it", we send the firm name and first name you type to Retell, our voice provider, so the call can use them, and your microphone audio goes to Retell to run the call. Retell may record or store the call to run it and for quality. We use it only to run the demo for you; the customer and the details on the call are made up.

How long we keep it

While we are talking to you, and for a reasonable time after so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law says we must keep a record (an invoice, for example).

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email jacob@northbankagency.com and we will sort it. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
